Female Multiple Orgasm

Female orgasm techniques

Female multiple orgasm is one of the holy grails of sex but is something that relatively few women have experienced. Although some people believe that female multiple orgasm is simply about stimulating the clitoris and G spot simultaneously in order to get two types of female orgasm at the same time, that’s actually not the case. A female multiple orgasm involves numerous orgasms happening one after the other – and it’s achieved by making the most of the female arousal cycle.

The female orgasm cycle consists of excitement, plateau, orgasm and resolution. However, if you continue stimulation throughout the resolution stage, it’s entirely possible to trigger female orgasm after female orgasm, resulting in a female multiple orgasm.

So how do you do it? First of all you have to be in the right mindset. If you have issues with sex and feel uncomfortable with your sexuality, this mental block will make it harder for you to reach multiple orgasm. And then there’s the practical side of things. Given that many women find that their clitoris is too sensitive to be touched immediately after orgasm, you can’t just carry on as you were before orgasm and expect another orgasm to follow.

Instead, you need to change tack. Rather than touching the clitoral tip, pay attention to the area of the clitoris that’s hidden under the clitoral hood.

Gently lapping here with a soft tongue, being careful to avoid the clitoris itself, can trigger female orgasm only moments after the first climax.

Breathing softly over the clitoris without actually making contact with it in any way can also help a woman experience multiple orgasm if she’s particularly sensitive. Alternatively, you may choose to use a finger (the little finger is particularly gentle) or even change to a different kind of stimulation altogether, such as G spot stimulation from behind with a curved sex toy or finger. This avoids any risk of inadvertently touching the sensitive clitoris.

Caressing the breasts and nipples after the first orgasm can also help increase the chances of female multiple orgasm. However, do be aware that for some women, the nipples may be similarly sensitive to the clitoris so this kind of stimulation may also be too much: start extremely gently and, if in doubt, check.

And then, of course, there’s the spiritual side of things: you may find that reading up on Tantric techniques and focussing on the flow of sexual energy through your body can help you experience multiple orgasm. Similarly, looking into each other’s eyes and breathing each other’s breath are simple Tantric techniques that can help you feel more connected to your partner and make it psychologically easier for your to orgasm again and again and again.

Don’t feel like you’re any less of a woman if multiple orgasm evades you: the vast majority of women never experience it and it doesn’t mean that you are in any way lacking. However, as with anything in sex, it’s certainly worth experimenting to see if it will enhance your pleasure. After all, if one orgasm is great then multiple orgasms have got to be even better. And of course, once you’ve mastered female multiple orgasm techniques, you can always more on to the male ones: fair is far after all.
